Orano aims to put nuclear technology at the service of health. This is why Orano Med is developing a new generation of cancer therapies: targeted alpha therapy. Orano Med conducts R&D biotech activities and production activities in the US (Plano/Dallas, Texas, Browsburg/Indianapolis, Indiana). We are looking for a VIE in Financial Controlling. As a full member of Orano Med's Finance team, you will play a key role in the implementation of financial controlling for the various activities located in the United States. You will participate in the following activities and projects: -          Enhance tools and trackers supporting monthly close and financial reporting activities for U.S. entities, coordinating closely with accounting and finance teams in France -          Lead process and template optimization initiatives across budgeting, reporting, and accounting workflows -          Develop, maintain and communicate calendars of key accounting, finance, and reporting deadlines and deliverables -          Update and enhance accounting and financial reporting internal control documentation, including transforming procedures into internal control flowcharts -          Support ad hoc projects related to process improvements, procedure development, and IT system enhancements and implementations The position is based in Plano/Dallas, TX, USA This position will allow you to develop important skills in finance and management control in a dynamic biotechnology company combining nuclear and medical activities.

Requirements

-          Master’s degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school, business school, or equivalent university program -          Strong interest in industrial financial controlling, with a genuine business partner mindset toward operational teams -          Analytical and problem-solving skills, able to tackle complex issues effectively -          Proactive and solution-oriented, with a strong “hands-on” attitude -          Excellent communication skills and a well-developed sense of service -          Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong rigor in execution -          Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) -          Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite is a plus -          Fluent in English
